"Appointment scheduled for 4:10 pm. Received the confirmation text saying. Can't wait to see you then. Arrive and the office is closed. Call, dentist answers, and proceeds to say that I didn't confirm the appointment. If the appointment wasn't confirmed, why waste time sending a reminder text advising you can't wait to see us. The first thing I stated was that we are outside for my sons appointment, and the office is locked. She then proceeds to ask if we are standing outside. I would sure hope that when people say they have arrived for their appointment and your doors are locked, they know that because they are literally standing outside! Won't be coming back!"
