"Thank goodness for this site that popped up. Have a bill for 31.40 that was paid by our backup Insurance and can not get a called returned, or no mailing address to send them my reply from our insurance noting that it was paid. I was thinking no business (a medicial one at that) could be so inept. Still can't get a person to talk to or even some how leave message. This goes back to 5/2022. Carson medicial is just as bad, had to fight a year to get my account cleared. Sorry we all have to deal with this company. Did make me feel that I was not the only one."

"With 2 of my bills I never received anything until I got final notices. Only final notices get mailed in paper form. All other bills they send through text. I never got any texts. Both bills were never received by my insurance. My insurance called Carson Tahoe Energency Physicians and asked for a manager to try to get my bill taken care of. They would not talk to my insurance and hung up on them. I have called numerous times and am on hold for an hour the majority of the time. Often my account information is not available. Every time I get the final notices, I get them 2 days before they're due or two days after they're due. When I finally get to talk to a representative, they reset the cycle. I am still fighting a bill from May 9, 2022. I've been fighting this one bill for months and get no where with the billing department. They are a terrible, terrible company. I would have given them 0 stars if that were an option."

"The get an epic fail on ability to communicate with clients; they are completely incompetent. They failed to send me regular bills; will not call. I had to chase management for 3 days to get information about my account. Each time they said they would call back and did not. Do not work with these people if you can help it."

"Sent my fully paid bill to sleazy collection agency. They consistently fail to update account balances so you never know if your payment is received. The misfiled multiple payments and refuse to resolve the issue."
