"If I could rate them zero, I definitely would. My daughter requires annual labs for her T1D. We arrived just before closing, and unfortunately encountered an extremely rude employee. Despite my daughter's high anxiety with blood draws, the experience was made worse by the monstrous attitude of this woman with short hair and glasses. She snidely remarked that they probably wouldn't be able to do the labs that day, then proceeded to rudely demand our information. Despite the efforts of a kind dark-haired girl, the monster's behavior persisted, with condescending remarks and a complete lack of professionalism. When I questioned her attitude, she unabashedly admitted to always being like that. I made it clear that I was there for the kind employee, not her, which seemed to only provoke more rudeness. As we left, I muttered an expletive under my breath, which she heard and responded by banning me from the establishment. It's a shame I won't be able to experience the excellent customer service the kind employee provides, and I pity anyone who has to work alongside such a disrespectful individual. What kind of person acts in such a way when a mother enters a place of business with an already visibly upset child?"

"So grateful for this Labcorp. I came all the way from South Lake Tahoe and did a walk in at 7am. I think I was in at 7:20! I have horrible veins after going through some serious health issues and being on IV therapy for many years and have had traumatic experiences getting by my blood taken. Thankfully I got Laura here at Labcorp! She listened to me (as everyone wants to go for my big veins), found one of my good ones and got me first time! That never happens! I was so grateful. The easiest lab work I have had done in 5 years! I will definitely be coming here in the future even if it’s 40 minutes away!"

"I came all the way from Dayton to do my blood work here because they are always positive and friendly. I never have to get poked more times than I need to and even for the worst blood tests they make it a positive experience. Laurel is always super kind too! 10/10 recommend coming here!"

"Checkin was easy. Waiting time so about 10 minutes. Best of all the tech was amazing and quick. Usually my veins are hard to find and never goes well but she got it first stick. Very impressed."

"This rating is due to the hours of operation and the sporadic times and days this business is open. Can't depend on it being open even if you had an appointment. I would like to say though, the staff is great, when they are there. Go to Carson Valley Medical Center. Walk ins welcome and wait time short. Matter of fact, CVMC employees related to me that they have received a lot of business from Lab Corp due to its business operations."
