"Best doctor I've ever seen! The staff is equally Amazing! Dr. Aurosis is phenomenal! For years I had been looking for a doctor who could help me with a recurring issue and on my first visit he knew exactly what my problem was and he gave me medication for it and OMG! I felt better right away! It had been a problem that other doctor's and even at the ER wouldn't help me with. One visit to Dr. Aurosis,Reddy and I was well! Thank you for having such an Amazing group of people at this location. I highy recommend this office."

"I'm established patient, made appt for follow up on a bunch of bloodwork they ordered and get meds for international travel, checked in online, was 10 minutes early but missed the 'suggested check in' (10 minutes earlier) time because of a snow plow. The front desk person said she only checked-in cardiology patients and I'd have to wait for the other receptionist. I waited over 10 minutes. Then she gave me 'the business regarding my check-in time and said I was too late and would have to reschedule. Then she offered to ask the 'doctor' if it would be OK and the 'doctor' said no! I sent a complaint to Renown customer service. Haven't heard a peep. Also, the office called to reschedule me and I told them I'd be finding a new doctor, but if they could have to manager call me and explain why I was denied service, I would consider rescheduling. No call! Big surprise! And I wonder why people avoid doctors..... more stress than it's worth!"

"Stay away. They never returned my calls. I had been going here for the past year. To refill prescriptions that I have been on for 9 years. I still have to go in for checkup. (Nevada laws). I drive All the way down from Reno. This is because I have to go to same dr office. The other dr can’t refill because the other dr had too see me. Of course they did not tell me that at time of scheduling even though I was detailed about why I needed the appointment. Poor communication terrible service and disregard for me as the “patient”. All they ever do at check up was check my temperature, COVID fear, take my blood pressure, ask me a few basic questions then the magic buttons get pressed to cvs and i go Pick up my meds. Well after I paying $120 just for that since no insurance now. Seems easy but not this time. Our Heath system is like this office robots with a bunch of rules. No common sense whatsoever. They don’t really care at all. Can you imagine having to pay a drug dealer just to meet up so he can get your drugs. Lol. I won’t be back have to play the racketeering elsewhere. That’s all peace"

I have been treated by nurse practitioners Natalie and Edith, both are professionals that deliver quality, thorough care. The rest of the staff is friendly and pleasant to work with. Location is convenient"
