"We were recommended to get my fathers blood drawn from his doctor, including the receptionist at the front desk. We waiting about 2 hours to find out they didn’t take the insurance my father had, unfortunately we wasted our time. The front desk receptionist directed us to sign our name on a list thinking we were totally ok to have blood drawn! They were not considerate at all for us waiting 2 whole hours, the main doctor drawing blood was rude and rushing us to leave. Not properly explaining why we were denied, she was rude and disrespectful if they would’ve given us information on the blood paperwork and who we can go to it would’ve been a much easier process. I don’t like the doctors manners much less her not caring for my dad."
"Dr. Jenae Christensen is a breath of fresh air. After meeting with her for a doctors note for work, I instantly knew she was going to be my PCP. She is kind, professional, and really listens to you. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great physician !!"

Several issues with scheduling from being scheduled with a Doctor on maternity leave to not being informed a Doctor wasn't there until arrival for appointment. Horrible customer service and care quality, this place should be reported for pure negligence."
