"No help from Dr. Ichino. Bogus fees and charges. Beware of the hidden cost even with insurance. Initial visit with insurance is over $500 out of pocket: gets you less than 15 minutes with a doctor and and ekg. Know before you go."
"This place will charge you twice for one visit. The doctor’s fee and the facility fee. So, despite spending 10 min with a doctor I had to pay 2 office visits and 2 EKG charges (despite only having 1 EKG). With good insurance, that visit still cost me $330 out-of-pocket. The visit with the doctor was useless as well. Go elsewhere."
"Renown Cardiology - where an appointment isn't an appointment. I've had my last three confirmed appointments cancelled because "the doctor was called away" or "scheduled elsewhere" or because someone wanted to leave no gaps in the schedule (all nonsense!). One was cancelled by phone as I was checking in at the desk for the appointment. I had, of course, taken time off work to be there. Staff is unconcerned, unyielding and unrepentant. It's nice that he's helping others, but hey, what about me? I've been waiting for months for these appointments. Now I'm forced to again wait an unreasonable amount of time for a new appointment, all with cardiology issues that need diagnosis and a physician's care. This is unconscionable, Renown."
"The facility itself was nice. However the doctor I saw brushed off my concerns like it was no big concern. Never gave me direct answers when I asked questions. And took 2-3 days to get any replies on mychart. And when I call I get told to send a message through mychart. Still waiting for a reply with questions regarding diagnostics I had."
