"I went in today for an inexpensive haircut. One student interfered in my conversation with the receptionist and chastised me when she was mistaken about our conversation. I told her not to interrupt and she said she would get me kicked out and then got her instructor who verbally attacked me in the presence of students. This instructor Ms Leslie, said she should have been rude to me as she walked away! All of this was told to Ms Audrey the manager. I am an elderly woman just two plus years shy of age seventy with PTSD and certainly won't return to save a dollar. If you want to send your grandkids to beauty school, I highly suggest any other place. If they treat clients this way, how are they treating your children. They had me in tears."

"This rating is for the Nail Services only. I should have wrote this a long time ago (in July). I recommended two friends to get their nails done here because the esthetician services are amazing. However, both friends had their appointments canceled last minute from the school. I would give them no stars if I could and dont recommend to get your nail services here. First, the educators are teaching the students to flake out by canceling last minute, bad customer service, and poor communication with customers. I had a gel manicure and pedicure appointment today. The technician Tatiana was irritated that I had gel on my toe nails and she had to remove them before performing the service. You could tell she wasnt happy and struggling. She asked me what was wrong with my toes. They were bruised from stumping my toes. Well she brought her instructor who was loud and rude. She didnt even analyze closely and said yep you have fungus.  I get pedicures monthly for years and no one has ever said I had fungus or turned me down for service. The instructor insisted I did and said nail salons will do your nails even with fungus. Mind you her loud voice could be heard by everyone around us. Great way to show your students how to be unprofessional and insult other professionals in the nail industry. Basically, Tatiana complained about working on me because she had to remove my gel polish and realized it would take her too long. So she found a way to get out of it. The instructor made up a reason to have her stop the service at my expense by treating me like I was an object not a person. And for that, I will never come to this school for services again."

"Amber was amazing! She was incredibly professional and also made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I received the relaxation facial and left feeling so light and happy. I will be coming back and recommending all my friends and family to come in for a treatment as well."

"Katie and Danielle COOK!!! I had an impulsive decision to go platinum blonde from brown (some box dye on the ends included) a short while ago. In just two sessions, Katie was able to take me there under Danielle’s guidance. Danielle is a phenomenal instructor, and Katie is just all around amazing, careful, and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing; everyone here is so friendly. I love this place, and I love how I can provide some time/experience to a student while also not paying the premium price of other salons. Couldn’t be happier!"
