"Just stopped in to buy a pair of boots. I know the exact boot and size that I want and instead of buying it online I figured I'd support a local shop, even if that means paying full price. After waiting patiently for the boot fitter to finish, he eventually acknowledged me and I was told I had to make an appointment to get fit next week and "Plan to be here for 90 minutes. That's what it takes". Totally understand you want to make sure customers get put into the right boot, but maybe ask your customer a few questions before talking down to them and showing them the door. Won't be shopping here again."
