"After seven years, our legal firm closed their doors as one partner retired and the other joined another firm. We have been with Uptime Legal since we opened. We had never used a cloud service before, but we wanted to give it a try. Best decision we ever made! Besides the convenience of being able to access our cloud on any computer that we set up for access no matter where we were (which was wonderful and especially great during the pandemic, along with accessing when on vacation in Europe), their support was the most excellent service that we've ever had, with no comparison to any other service or software. Whether we had a simple problem or a very complex one, their people were ALWAYS there on demand and took care of things promptly. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and very patient when necessary. Also, they were professional and personable, a pleasure to work with. It is very rare if you can find that kind of support anywhere these days. I'm very much going to miss having the convenience of the cloud. I'm now working for myself and I checked out other companies. Uptime Legal has a minimum of three users and I do not have that need, so I can't continue with them. The other services I looked at had no where near the services and support that Uptime Legal has. So, I say goodbye to a wonderful company and great people. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for an excellent provider for cloud service aimed to the legal community.
