"These guys are wonderful. They came out quickly and worked very hard to get my pickup tire changed. Dark. Sleeting. Cold. Frozen lug nuts. Rim was seized on. They fought with all this AFTER I had told them via phone before they came out that I had only a credit card and little cash. Response was "Not to worry, we'll worknit out. Be right there.""
"Tower never showed up to the first scheduled pickup time. Then they set up 3 more pickup times that they also didn’t show up to. Very sketchy and fine with dragging you along and lying to you. Don’t trust this company they don’t mean or do what they say."

"Got my skid steer unstuck from a river bank. Honestly I didn't think it was going to be able to operate again but Eddie pulled it out from 300 ft away due to a steep incline. That guy saved the day. He shoveled and knew all the right things to do to get it unstuck. One heck of an operator. If your in a jam call Bautista Towing. Oh and it was a holiday weekend too just FYI. Pictures are great memories."
