"This morning I placed an order for delivery. When my order came alot of things were missing. When I called ihop to let them know the manager was so amazing she gave me three options to solve my problem which I loved. She had them redo my order and she brought it all too me with everything that I was missing I don't remember her name but she was amazing and I thank her so much. I don't treat my self often so when I do I want it the way I asked for it and today the manager at this ihop did just that and I thank her so much."
"Ashley, who is the general manager is great! We recently had a minor issue on a pickup order. When we went back to address the issue; she comp’d the entire order and asked that we come back again and use the comp. We did that today, and not only did she remember us but she talked with us. The food was good! I’m a decaf coffee drinker, and knowing that decaf coffee can get bitter from sitting around too long with not a lot of requests for decaf, my coffee was fresh. Thanks again Ashley!"
"Took awhile to be seated, and then they took us the wrong order (people who had been there longer didn’t get asked about their party, even though they were closer to the front). Waiter got an order wrong because he stopped listening. They had to remake food. Overall food was about as expected once we had it."
"We waited a while for someone to come around to seating us. Employees kept passing by, giving us a glance while we waited at the host stand, then moved on. Once seated, our waiter failed to bring us half our drink order. Then, when we told him we needed a minute with the menu, never returned. The coffee was good and the manager comped it when we walked out having never had the chance to order food."
"We been here many times the food is good but lately the service has been God awful, it's been twice already we have been sat only to leave us waiting on our server for 10 min with no drinks or even a hello I'll be with you guys soon. Idk what management is doing but it's not a good look. Plz get it together we like the food but service needs to do better 1 pregnant server is not enough to accommodate the restaurant."
