"Food was good, when I asked for ranch instead of ketchup I was given one pack and told that I would be charged if I wanted more. I'm literally buying a meal at a restaurant and being charged for condiments!!!! This is ridiculous and makes me never want to dine at Carl's Jr again."
"We opted for the Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Double Cheeseburger combo. Also ordered a side of their famous and devilishly delicious waffle fries. The charbroiled burger coupled with the smoked crispy bacon and tangy bbq sauce can't be beat! Oh, let's not forget about the two crispy onion rings layered in between! Simply delightful!"
"I've eaten from this location multiple times, and the accuracy level is about 25%. I ordered a Double Western Bacon, and a California Classic. I received a basic double cheeseburger, and a single burger that is most definitely not a Double Western. I didn't even have time to return it since I had to make it to school on time. If this were the first or second time, I'd be a bit more forgiving, but this is well beyond that. What a waste of money."
