"I figured when I walked in and saw all the lights off and only 1 person eating I was in for a bad experience. I spent about 35 minutes fighting their app for a free sandwich. I lost the fight. The manager asked me to reach out to corporate and wait for an email. I eventually got my food and I will say it was actually pretty good! The burger was in my opinion a 7/10 kinda reminded me of old school Burger King but a little better. The chicken sandwich wasn’t bad either. Not too crispy but a good experience over all. The fries were slightly bitter but over all not bad."
"I ordered chicken sandwiches and got everything on the sandwich except the meat of the chicken. I took it to the counter and showed it to the manager and Andrea and she took it to the back and asked someone if I could get another sandwich that sandwich was not as hollow but it was halfway there. I took a bite of it in front of her and she said there's nothing else that they could do even when I asked her for a different sandwich of the same value and she said no and she was going to go back and ask but I said forget it because they didn't want to replace anymore sandwiches and I don't like upsetting people who are cooking for me."
