"These guys are freaking awesome. I work in the same plaza, so I go there quite often. They know my order before I order. They are always upbeat and make me feel special. The food is awesome, too."

"Is it me or did this place get more expensive? Still a great burger that you can customize to your hearts content without extra fees and the fries are very generous and shareable even for a small. Always end of getting peanuts to munch on while waiting."

"Food is very over priced for what you get. Taste is not too good and portions are small. Guy at register had an attitude. Music was way too loud. Fries were extremely salty and just thrown in my bag. Most of the fries didn't stay in container and were cut from a damaged potato so fries were mostly brown. I thought it would be an amazing experience like Fat Burger, but was actually a bad experience. And the amazing audacity to have 2 tip jars out. So I put 3 dollars in tip jar, and it still took a long time for my food to be ready, all to discover my nasty salt with fries were all over the place inside paper bag. What a racket they have going on here. Then you see these signs all over the walls saying best burger here and there. Deceitful propaganda. Ladies and gentlemen, truly the very best hamburger I've EVER had came from a chain restaurant called Fatburger, and they are here in Vegas. Tastiest burger, fair price, great service and atmosphere."

"I always take a picture of the crew so management or anyone who needs to see, knows exactly WHO where the reason for 5 stars, I was only right Doordash, and my experience in MN (Minnesota) University area made me NEVER even want to try 5 guys. But this crew here was so clean, polite, considerate of me and my time, aware a of every customer, offered me something for my time!!!! Next time I'm hungry I'm coming HERE!!!! If the SERVICE is this good I can only imagine the effort they put into making the FOOD!!"

"Very friendly service and the cashier was super patient with me while I decided on what toppings I wanted on my burger. I took a seat close to the kitchen and could see that the burgers were being made with care and precision. The food was great, and the milk shakes were thick and delicious. I took off a couple of stars because my fries had a long piece of hair wrapped in them. I showed them to an employee and he quickly shouted for them to me remade. Mistakes happen but it’s always a very icky to have hair in your food. I spent a total of $65 for family of three, which included a tip so I think it’s fair to expect more from this place than I would other fast food places like McDonalds."
