"I ordered food through the drive-through. I specifically asked for my tea to have light ice. The tea that was given to us was filled basically to the top of the cup with ice and very little drink as if someone was trying to be funny. Secondly, I ordered fries with no salt and I was giving cold fries where it looked like the salt had been brushed off of them, there is absolutely no reason a person should order fries with no salt and they are cold anytime a person orders fries with no salt. They are automatically fresh and hot. I truly feel like if you don’t like your job, you should not be working there because you are costing the company unnecessary cost. Some of these companies that keep opening up franchises are wasting money in my opinion, because all you are doing is hiring people who do not care."

"I ordered the nuggets with the savory chili sauce. I was thinking this was sweet chili sauce. Well... I didn't like the sauce. It was thick and didn't taste good. It's an acquired taste. It was my fault for thinking it was sweet chili. The nuggets on the other hand, was supposed to be cooked to order but didn't have the fresh taste. It tasted a little stale. Besides, the nuggets weren't hot as if it they just came out. The fries were hot enough."

"Very disappointing, after their initial opening service was decent. It has decreased significantly, for a burger and fries I had to pull to the front because fries were not ready. Then waited for 15 min while people behind me continued to get their orders. I had to walk in while people were hanging out and only the manager getting things done. I was upset which he noticed and then proceeded to get my order ready. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here."

"It looks nice because it’s new, but the service in their food is horrible. And I know it’s just fast food but this place isn’t worth going to. There are dozens of McDonald’s you can go to other than this location. The wait time and the way they handle taking orders is ridiculous. They need to be replaced by robots at this location because honestly a robot would be better. Do self a favor and never stop at this location.Don’t say I didn’t warn you."

"Today 07/25/2023 I made my order employee seemed to be in a rush although there was no line. She didn’t know how to upgrade a small coffee to a large hazelnut ice coffee.. so I bought my meal that was #1 from the breakfast menu (ham McMuffin, hash brown, and small coffee) and a deluxe pancake meal one hotcake was bit, ice coffee was milk and sweetener with ice, my McMuffin didn’t even have the ham.. what a disappointment for a new location."
