"Why do brands open terrible locations where they can't live brand standards? High traffic. High profit. I get it. But the sacrifice is 100% on the customer and the employee. But at least y'all make money. Kudos But the drop in quality should cost you more in brand equity. Ruthlessly slow speed of service. (I really cannot believe that it's more profitable than opening a real location). No shore points. Offered bell peppers on my veggie before being told they had none left. Slicer hasn't been cleaned in hours. Trash everywhere. Sandwiches are being prepped in the crumb area with no paper. Site too small. Unwise use of hood space Sincerely. What were y'all thinking? I'll be sure to avoid Jersey Mike's when I actually have the choice outside an airport. I assume this decision was made for profit, and I'll do my part to make sure I don't come back for a while Just boo on my friendly favorite fast food brand."
"Worst run jersey mikes I’ve ever seen. So much chaos no organization. The slicing of a 7 took 5 minutes and a 13 took like 7 minutes. Don’t waste your time in line. People were taking other people sandwich’s because they were in a rush to get to their gate."
"We were passing through from California to Houston and tried Jersey Mike’s because the other restaurants had poor ratings. We don’t ever eat at sandwich places. I had Jersey Mike’s Famous Philly with beef. I added mushrooms and banana peppers and it was amazing! Thankfully there is a Jersey Mike’s in my town. I will be eating there again. My husband had the Big Kahuna with beef and all the veggies and it was delicious. Also, they offer 7in and 14in sandwiches."
"We grabbed lunch here around 11:30 on 7/5 while waiting for our flight. The line was long, but it moved fast, and based on reviews, we thought it would be worth the wait. And we were right! I expected to be disappointed because I really don’t like Subway, but I was blown away by the deliciousness of the big kahuna cheesesteak! We all enjoyed our food, and it made waiting for our flight so much better and definitely far more tasty!"
