"Perhaps the worst value/service/food I have ever had at a fast food restaurant, which is saying a lot. Food was cold and honestly horrible... unfortunately 10 pm on a Tuesday at the airport it was my only choice but if the counter service had been pleasant it would have been at least tolerable....I tried to get water from the soda machine which by the way had no ice and no water...I asked the lady if she could just put some water in the cup not only did she refuse but wanted to send me down to the other end of the airport to get water...what a joke...I hope corporate does something because it was awful!!!"
"Hats off to the guys working till 11 last night while all the other stores were closed! I felt sorry for the order taker and the only guy in the kitchen trying to keep up with orders. But thanks to them I got a nice warm meal before my flight! They should definitely consider getting a night shift as nobody else offers warm food in the whole airport!"
"We were the only customers all table dirty . Employees refuse to clean even on request . They say we don't have wipes . AmaZing"
"A delay to our flight drew us in to our first experience here. Service was very slow but clearly we weren't in any hurry. Very impressed with the burger, hadn't tried Carl's before."
