"We've been to Vegas many times, and Blue Skillet is our favorite breakfast restaurant. Good, fresh food. Come hungry. The omelets are big, and the pancakes are full of flavor. The staff is so welcoming, and they make you feel like you're appreciated for dining there."
"We arrived a Friday around 11 am . It took 10 minutes for us to be seated and acknowledged by a host. The food was good and so was our server. They have very reasonable prices as well."
"No complaints! Service was top notch, and the food was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I don't typically like English muffins, but when I saw the Irish Eggs Benedict, I had to try it. LOVED IT! I also don't typically like sweet stuff for breakfast, but my girlfriend's crepes were insanely tasty. Will definitely be coming back if I'm back in Vegas."
