"Thought burgers could have been better for what you're paying for. We're from Oklahoma and we know how to cook / build a burger. Just wasn't like home but wasn't horrible either. Service was great. Waiter was fast, funny and friendly. Atmosphere was cool. Would eat here again but maybe try something else."
"My husband and I visited this place for the first time Saturday night. We chose it because it wasn’t busy at all, maybe 4-5 tables total out of about 20. We waited outside of the establishment because there was no host, when one finally arrived we questioned if they were closing due to the wait to just be seated with minimal guests. We were assured they were still open and were seated. My husband and I had enough time to read through the menu in its entirety, discuss and debate what we both wanted, then changed our initial decision, and our waiter still never arrived. We then got the attention of a passing waiter (Asian male) requesting to be served. He turned and asked other staff who was the waiter responsible for our table; he was met by a waitress who did not even make eye contact with him stating “I don’t know” as she walked by to serve her table. He received no other responses. At this point, we had witnessed other staff conversing with one another and doing other things but we were never approached so we decided to leave as we had other plans."
"Service was slow and not very attentive. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it completely lacked flavor except for the breading, which tasted like dirty oil. The chicken was stringy. The sweet potato fries were decent and pretty standard. If you want a better restaurant option at NY NY take yourself to Chin Chin for better service and food."
"We had three different burgers, including the Impossible one, and fried Mozzarella as starter. We were all really happy, staff was friendly, quick and attentive, nice atmosphere. Keep up the good work!"
"As a burger fan, wanted to try these for a long time. Unfortunately, no big deal. The bread is not so good and the fries are just ok. We had the Madison square garden burger and the smoke Gouda with bacon. Really an average burger in a nice atmosphere."
