"I usually enjoy Wendy's food, but this location was not up to par. The baconator I ordered was sloppy and dry, and the portion size was too small for the price. The fries were decent, but nothing to write home about. The service was also slow and unfriendly. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. There are better options nearby."
"This is the worst fast food restaurant location ever! First off the lobby is closed at 8:40pm....but for why? Then there are no lights on in the parking lot, completely pitch black, no concerns for safety I see. And then the people working here...... seriously? Where did you find them, I want to know so I never hire anyone from wherever you got them from, send them back as they know nothing of customer service or how to even cook and serve your products!! Where are the standards here? Has anyone from corporate checked recently as to how they are representing your brand as I'm assuming this is a franchised location by the lack of effort here. Wendy's corporate please take this store back so the people of North Las Vegas can enjoy it again!!"
"Placed an order via doordash. I modified the chili order asking for cheese and sour cream. I didn't get the sour cream or a spoon. The chicken Asiago sandwich barely had any ranch."
"Unsanitary food and work place… I ordered a chicken sandwich, Eating through my sandwich I see LITTLE HAIRS on the cheese like it sat around a collected dust and hair Unfortunately I had already started eating it..! I ended up going back and the manager was nice but the attitude she had after I explained my situation she just looked at me and said nothing like what was she supposed to do.! I was calm and explained my situation very nice, and even apologized to the cashier for coming back, I see the manager was not gonna put effort in to resolve my situation, so I then had to suggest for my sandwich to be re made. I got my sandwich go in the parking lot and there was just as much hair on my sandwich..!! I Had to throw it away and go about my day.I wish I could’ve been more satisfied and the manager could’ve put effort in to at least apologize about the inconvenience or even offer a solution.! Unfortunately I had to eat this.."
