Little Caesars Pizza

"Tried this location twice. 1st time the pizza was delivered cold. 2nd time the bread sticks were covered in sauce and cold. The pizza was cold and an item I ordered was missing. Tried calling to get a refund for the missing item and spent minutes on hold. Won’t be ordering from here again."

"My husband went and picked up pizza tonight (2/23/24) around 7:20 pm and he was waiting in line and saw that the cashier was smiling and laughing with the customers in front of him but when he got to the register she like lost her smile and was not very nice. My husband ordered two extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and an order of crazy bread. So she just kind of blurted out that they didn't have any of those ready and that's all she said. And my husband said okay, I'll wait, and she got irritated. And then he said he was going to pay with $15 cash and then use the debit card for the rest and she got kind of upset that he wanted to pay that way and she said that's how you want to pay, and my husband said yeah. So she did the transaction and then my husband went and sat down and waited for his order and he was talking with the other customers, no problem. 10 minutes later the pizza was ready, he came home and opened the boxes and the pizzas were regular pepperoni pizzas not the extra most bestest. And I don't know what was up with the crazy bread because it didn't look like the crazy bread we normally get from there and it didn't have any garlic taste to it, it was pretty bland. We just went there about a month ago and ordered crazy bread and it did not look like it did tonight. Bad customer service, rude cashier, incorrect order. No wonder the ratings are low. This Little Caesars used to be good, what happened? Won't be back anytime soon. We'll stick with Marco's."

"I don't know what was wrong with this locations pizza but the pizza tasted weird looked weird and was not good at all I'm adding a picture or two. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied I will never go back again. Had I known the pizza was going to be like this I would have just gone to 7-11 like what are those things on the pizza? They were hard. And weird"

"THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE!!! I’ve been twice, first time I waited over 30 minutes for 1 regular pizza. 1 crazy bread. Second time I ordered online, my husband picked it up & when he got home the food wasn’t even cooked!!! 2 out of 3 pizzas were doughy & inedible as well as 2 out of the 3 crazy breads. The crazy bread looked like the rolled it in their hands in a ball then threw it in the bag! I brought the food back to have it remade & the cashier & 2 cooks looked at me like I was an f’ing idiot- as if they don’t know what UNCOOKED PIZZA LOOKS LIKE. I’m standing there with the pizza FLIPPED OVER, HELLO!!??? Cashiers are slow. Cooks are slow. Don’t even go to this location. Order papa John’s or dominos, this is actually insane. I got a full refund. & there was multiple people there complaining about their food & messed up orders as well."

"You won’t find anything different in this review, just another drop in a lake of bad stories. The employees behind the counter were relaxed and friendly people, I’ve no problem with them. It’s the pizza that wasn’t right. We ordered an extra most bestest with mushrooms online and picked it up from this location. When we got home, we opened the box to find it wasn’t at its extra most bestest. There wasn’t enough pepperoni, the mushrooms were thrown on clumsily and the pizza itself was cut unevenly— it was difficult distributing slices to others. It didn’t taste so bad but it just wasn’t what we asked for. It was very upsetting. I hope this location learns to do better very soon because they’re going down hill…"
