McDonald's

"Ate here today during Superbowl weekend. This McDonald's location could be a great location compared to other fast food restaurants beside it on the strip. But they have to work on service & cleanliness. The downstairs was not clean so a few of us, about 8 customers, opted to go upstairs to eat in the dine in area. It was cleaner than downstairs. The lady who was " supposed to be cleaning" got mad & blocked us all in upstairs by blocking the stairs with the trash cans & other chairs. One customer asked how were we supposed to get down, was we supposed to stay there? The employee answered yes. How unprofessional. Of course we removed all the items that was blocking us in. If it was clean downstairs we wouldn't had sat upstairs. The food was actually good but this experience overshadowed that."

"Don't eat here. No bathroom available and very slow service. Was stuck for at least twenty minutes waiting for my order while having to go potty after kiosk took my payment for a simple breakfast sandwich. Crap is appropriate word to describe the situation. Mezzanine is closed during breakfast where the bathroom is located apparently due to fewer people dining in. I don't know how this place rates an A on their inspection if employees must wash their hands before returning to work or where they're going. I'm going to explore reporting this place to the health department for a follow up inspection. I'm sure dine in restaurants must keep their lavatory open during business hours. I guess his place feels they can just herd customers around after they take our money. Horrible experience."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I saw them finish making my order and left it on the table for more than 10 minutes without giving it to me. The woman who made my drink was taking her sweet time wiping the table and busy ignoring me. Everybody else’s orders were served promptly. Totally racist & rude!"

"The food was good. Manager of the store working on a Wed sep 20 at 5:07PM rude to customers and a few staff members would just throw hand sign as do whatever u want without helping at all. Some of the sections of the restaurant seemed to be intentionally closed / off-limits to limit the number of customers that would dine in, so if sitting down and enjoying your meal is what u want, not the right place. I asked for what number should I put as I was checking out since they don't have the tags, and a lady literally said, "Do whatever and sit anywhere u want." The only one I thought it was polite was Elijah. He did help out a customer, and he offered an apology for having the customers order sitting on the shelf without handing it out on time. So he offered to re do the order."

"This store needs to come up with a better solution to closing their dining room. We sat down a little after 9:30, while waiting for our food. Shortly after being seated, a custodial worker began blocking off EVERY exit from the dining room by excessively stacking chairs. She even went so far as to tie the chairs together with trash bags to where there would be absolutely no way to safely exit the restaurant in the event of a fire or other emergency that requires evacuation, which is super important in such a crowded area, especially when traveling with children. When this was brought to her attention, she got extremely belligerent and yelled at us “DON’T YELL AT ME. YOU TALK TO MY MANAGER!” We asked her to get her manager, and she refused. Another worker came out shortly after and told the crowd that they were closing the dining room, but she wasn’t a manager either and was also rude to the incoming customers. This practice is extremely unsafe and in direct violation of Clark County Safety Regulations. We will also be reporting this to the proper authorities. We only visited this restaurant because we were traveling with children, but due to the belligerent staff, obvious violations, and refusal to get the manager, we will never return and others should be aware of their safety violations."
