"Nonprofit culinary academy through MGM. This teaching kitchen has great food at a bargain. Menu changes seasonally but there are standard favorites. Cash and cards accepted. Hours are M-F 11am ‐ 2pm. My favorite is the chicken sandwich"

"We went for the long shot and struck a major hidden gem in the Las Vegas area. Yes its a culinary school but it's sponsored and maintained by MGM resorts the food quality and the cuts of meat were exceptional and the price OMG all this food, 2 drinks and 2 desserts for around $42 the Salmon alone would be that much at some of these MGM properties"
