"Very nice employees. I came through the drive thru and they were prepared to change my drink and gave me the sauces I needed for my fries. You can’t really blame them for the unhoused people that circulate downtown and the boulevard. It comes with the location of being in dysfunctional city that won’t help these unfortunate people. All in all, it was good experience and the beyond burger was very good here compared to other Carl’s Jr.’s that I’ve been to in the past."
"The most horrendous service I've ever received in fast food. I was charged for every single dipping sauce I received. Bad demeanor and disrespectful attitude of the staff. They did not let me use the restroom to wash my hands to eat. Unprofessionally lied to my face and said they lost the key while they showed preference and allowed someone else to use it. Soda machines were completely turned off and they gave me a bad attitude when I changed my mind about the flavored drink I wanted. They even spoke disrespectfully amongst each other in another language assuming I wouldn't understand. Indara you and your coworkers were clearly miserable so do everyone a favor and just quit."
"Wow: Interesting how Minimum wages went up and service went into the crapper and the prices have doubled. Not happy Carl. Not sure what the deal is with the fried, just a bit burned and some mystery item was in the fried. The burger was char burned not broiled. Attitude goes along way if you are going to charge me $16 for garage. Then try to contact them. the website has no way to make comments. when I walked into the store to ask what the deal is with this They were to busy so I walked out with the DO NOT EAT HERE BURNED INTO MY BRAIN. I love writing good reviews but "WOW""
"Had the western bacon and the big star one with waffle fries. The waffle fries were really good! The burgers too. The place is quite lugubrious, not too nice to dine in. They could really put some effort to make it more inviting."
