"If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I have sat here for over 50 min and still haven’t gotten our food. My coffee is cold, my family’s cups are empty, no one has came to check on us or offer refills. The kitchen staff is in complete disarray. I walked by and overheard the staff speaking about mixed up orders. There’s literally 10 staff ppl standing around trying to figure out what plates belong to which tables. What a complete mess. Maybe they’re just having a bad day but not checking on our table at all is such horrible customer service for such a popular restaurant. There’s literally more kitchen staff than guests waiting to be served it’s just completely ridiculous. Please do better. My family is spending $300 here today & we are completely unsatisfied with the service. Not sure I’ll come back or refer anyone here in the future."
