"absolite worst servuce i ever received in my life ,48 minutes in the drive thru. 4 cars aheD of me 6 behind she took 1 order then they completed it before they took another order. absolutely ridiculous. close this place down the chi ken wings way overcooked. red bean had very little rice apples pies were cold. i will never return to a popeyes."
"Decided to try two kinds of wings: Signature and Ghost Pepper. Didn't care for the Signature as they reminded me of Extra Crispy at KFC and I'm an Original Recipe fan. As far as the Ghost Pepper, I was expecting something hot but there was zero zip to it. None. I'm not a guy looking for something to burn my mouth off but I did want some heat and this didn't have any. However, the sauce did have a different taste that I liked."
"Help me understand why it is so hard to verify order accuracy before handing off to UBER EATs!!! I got someone else order, not a single item was correct. Update: whoever is running this store on 2-FEB-2024 @5:30-6:00pm needs to be fired. I placed a 2nd UberEats order to replace the first one they screwed up; and it was WRONG AGAIN!. Thankfully my UberEats driver was willing to double-check the order (caught the mistake) and get it corrected before delivering it to me. Kudos to him, Popeyes-fix your mess Strike 3- total incompetence. The UBER Driver handed the order back to Popeyes to correct, and for a third time they screwed up (missing fries). Popeye's franchise owner, CLEAN HOUSE."
"I grew up on Popeyes off Rancho and Bonanza... this just isn't the same. My 3 daughters and I have been sampling chicken wings at random places. We tried three different flavors at this location on this day. They were either drenched in sauce or flavorless. We all were left disappointed. They also only gave me 3 napkins with my order, and when I asked for more, the young man seemed annoyed. Wingstop is still the best... so far. If anyone has any suggestions for wings. Let me know! My daughter's and I would love to try a new spot."
"The manager was very rude. I politely asked for a full receipt and was told no while she was flicking her hand at me. This was needed for my corporate expense report. After quietly waiting I was treated like I upset them after spending $40. If I was out of luck with the receipt, I understand. This could been handled way better. Totally unacceptable. I will never eat here again. This issue has been moved up to the corporate office."
