"Last few times i've come here has been a disaster . Today , they cut out about 1/3 of my quesadilla , my guess is they burned it , and put it in the box like i won't notice . i showed up to complain and the manager told me " if i make you another , it will be just as small" you can't make this stuff up. chipotle used to be known for its portion sizes and today your lucky to get close to what you pay for ."
"I love this chipotle. Felt like we waited forever for it to open but worth it. I’ve been to many Chipotle’s in the valley and this one NEVER disappoints us. The rice is never hard or too salty its always just right. The chicken is our favorite. We go here at least once a week. The manager is always working and he is nice too."
"The worst. They literally slap the food into the bowl with god knows what aggression. I had the cash pulled out of my hand. Aside from those personal encounters the kitchen is a MESS! The staff are not welcoming either. You would think standards are better for a southern highlands location but nope. The staff at Taco Bell are a million times better around the corner."
"Given that this location is brand new, I reasonably anticipated a few hiccups as I'm sure the staff is still trying to get acclimated. However, both of my orders were made to perfection and delicious. I'm glad this location is closer to me. You can tell some staff were still actively learning, so I expect the reviews to get better over time. I was in and out at 1:30pm on a Tuesday."
"I’m shocked that this location has received so many bad reviews. The girl that helped me was in training. It was extremely busy, however she did a great job. I had food and baby resting on my shoulder. As I was leaving one of the staff members rushed over and held the door for me."
