"Today March 18, 2024 at 11:30 pm I went to the jack to order their new release Double smash jack, I asked for it well done with onions but the meat wasn't well cooked, without onion and it wasn't right bread. therefore, I went back to return the hamburger and told them how they should make it so cooker guy told us to park in the front so we did and they didn't bring the food, we were waiting for 25 minutes and no one ever came and there weren't even any customers in the Drive, we went to the window and they gave us the wrong burger again, I had asked for it without cheese and they put cheese on it and they used the wrong bread which was Buttery Jack and again they gave it to me without onion, I was angry and told him that they should give me my money back and that I no longer wanted anything and the cooker told us in Spanish chinguen a su madre which was unacceptable for him to say that to us. Therefore, we left with a bad experience and bad customers service."
"Went in with my sister at 9am. Best ultimate cheeseburgers on sourdough bread we've had in a long time! So many curly fries, hot and perfect! We were both full all day. No more drive thru ever again!"
"I got a sourdough Jack through the drive-thru. It was late night, so I figured it should be fresh made, nice and hot. It was lukewarm, the cheese still cold. A large lump of sauce was in the middle and splooshed out all over the place when I bit into it. The burger was warm, but not just off the grill hot. It was a big disappointment. I should have waited until I got home and had a bowl of cereal."
"The absolute worst tasting food I’ve ever had and I eat Jack in the box. I’m not even mad that they forgot my tacos I paid for. The sourdough Jack tasted like they purposely messed with it or it was rotten beef. I’ve honestly never tasted something so bad from a restaurant whoever the cook was at 1:20 AM on 1/8/24 should be fired."
"I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which normally comes with meat and cheese, but I have the meat and cheese removed from the sandwhich. The employee at the register adjusted my meal price as a croissant with egg, which reduced the cost to the best deal. He went out of his way to do that for me."
