"Cafe Zupas is my favorite lunch, and sometimes dinners places. I eat there at least 3x weekly. The location on Eastern is amazing. The staff, atmosphere, and the food is amazing and fresh. The best soups, salads, and sandwiches! The strawberry harvest salad is one of my favorites. With Strawberry vinaigrette dressing!"
"First time customer, had a great lunch with my sister ~$30 for 2 seperate combos (half soup & full sandwich) and a drink. The staff was incredibly welcoming, informative and nice. On top of that the environment is rich, with various options for seating, there are high ceilings, open kitchen, and "Subway style bar" where you can see you food being prepared. Speaking of their food, I genuinely feel healthy eating here, especially when it comes to their special lemonades, they also offer complimentary soft side bread, chocolate dipped strawberries and crackers. At the end, we went back to order a pumpkin spice creme brulee, 7/10 just good enough for a nice "cherry on top" dessert. All in all, I'm definitely coming back to try more off their menu "
"I frequently come to this Zupas and have never had a bad experience. Today was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Zupas in the valley. I made a build your own salad and picked my toppings. The person building my salad clearly didn’t want to be there because he gave me a sprinkle of each topping I asked for. This was me asking for extra cheese on my salad! I asked for cucumber and got three slices…. On a large salad. Super disappointing!"
