"Today is March. 2nd and there soda fountains machine is down. The manager offered bottles of water and was very rude about it. I paid for cheese on my tacos and the look skimpy. And they are not offering or handling out the coupons. I just moved in the area and don’t like there vibes. I have to look for a new el polo loco to go to. Shame….."

"On pick up personable, great customer service, food always hot and well prepared...choice go to location. Never disappointed with deliveries...always hot and total order. Only issue are delivery personnel/company...not always reliable, meaning no delivery...does not look good for El Pollo Loco! Pity!! Should have OWN delivery :)"

"Went here on Thursday December 28, 2023 at 1:30 pm. There was 1 Gentleman in front of me at the counter. We both waited for 10 minutes and were never waited on. The cook saw us and alerted the other workers that they had customers waiting. No one ever said a word or helped us. We were totally ignored. We both ended up leaving, having never been waited on. If you want to eat at El Pollo Loco, DO NOT visit this location. They obviously have more important things to do than to wait on the customers at the counter."

"I literally just bought the most disgusting pollo bow in history. The chicken scraps ( becus that what I got instead of chicken pieces, smelled old and tasted weird couldn't eat becus of the smell . Soda was flat like it had been sitting for a while and there was no receipt in the bag . Waste of time , money and gas. In this day in age, fast food places should appreciate customer becus if it wasn't for their customers their business would close. And this place won't even answer or are able to leave a message and I'm sure that without a receipt they can't do anything about the matter."
