"Second visit and I'm frustrated that no one listened. I ordered 2 whoppers I said no bacon (muslim) one no bacon and no pickles husband allergic and what did they do add everything i said leave off..This is the 2nd time this had happened."

"They closed the lobby 2 minutes after I got in because they didn't have enough personnel. I ordered a famous star combo the burger was cold and without tomato, and the manager and employee seemed to not care. I'll stay away from this place next time."
"Inside the restaurant was very dirty. All tables and benches need cleaning. The fellow who rang up our order was nice though. Hard to eat at a place that's dirty."
"Extremely messy and the bathroom was horrific. Staff just gathering around the service area where the food comes out. Cashier taking money then going straight to the fries and scooping them with no gloves!!! I'll pass next time."
