"Believe these low reviews! The first time I went was perfect. Got my order correct (all dark meat/thighs), the fries were hot and crispy, they separated the mashed potatoes amd gravy, and the service was friendly and efficient. Based on my first visit, I went back and they screwed everything up. Have me all white meat despite me asking for all thighs like last time. And the chicken was dry and unseasoned! Yuck! They put the gravy on the mashed instead of keeping it separate. The fries were cold and soggy and they forgot the roll! Not going back. I would love to support small, local businesses but only if they care about their product and customer service. I can't wait for Bojangles to open!"

"The food was excellent and so was the service. I think the prices for a what is referred to colloquially as a "Bucket of chicken" where in line with other places that have a similar offering. I felt that the chicken strips were a bit small compared to other offerings. This would have been OK if the price were less than the places that offer larger strips but it was not. It was actually higher and I don't think that the level of quality was any higher than that other places that offer strips, such as Houstons or Dave's. I felt that the gravy was particularly good but I'd caution you to look at your bill. I asked for pickeles, which come standard on chicken sandwiches nearly everywhere and they tried to charge me $.50 for like 4 pickle chips. I mentioned this to my server and she removed the charge. This review could have gone pretty badly at that point but they can thank their great employee for saving it, She was friendly, knowledgable and fantastic. The space was clean and similar to other places with similar offerings. I don't think I'll order sandwiches or strips again just because of the pricing but I'll be back for a bucket."

"Well, it's unfortunate that this food is disappointing at best. Do not expect any "Chik-fil-a" or KFC tasty bits here. It is bland and dry. I tried a "Little Clucker," (Sounds like......) It is essentially a chicken slider or a big bunned chicken nugget. It cost me $3.79 after taxes and it was dry and small. The bun was nice and soft though. For that you get a soft bun. a "Formed" piece of deep fried chicken and 2 pickles. You also get a choice of one many sauces. Don't try and eat this thing without the sauce, dry, dry, DRY!, This new restaurant is clean and modern but has a strange photo of a guy holding shotgun! Possible ties to the owner and the NRA??? The service was just ok. I waited 11 minutes for my one order of a "Little Clucker." A bit slow. Next door is Napoli pizza and for $5, ($1.50 more) you get a giant slice of pizza that is a much better value and won't leave you "Hangary", (No, I don't work for Napoli, check my other reviews.) Bottom line; If you want a moist, tasty chicken sandwich, go to Chic-fil-a. Although I had high hopes of a new restaurant in my neighborhood, this is sorely disappointing from a food standpoint. Verdict: Avoid at all costs."

"The Farm Basket has opened another location on Blue Diamond rd./ S Rainbow Blvd. ( next door to Broken Yolk cafe ). The atmosphere is welcoming. They also have a drive thru and outside seating area. The customer service is great. They truly care about customers and they are very attentive. The location is very nice and spacious. The food is delicious . The fried chicken is insanely crispy and crunchy, while also being plentiful juicy. Not greasy at all. Just delicious chicken tenders. It is simple food done right and delicious."
