"Carmen is a nasty and rude manager. I accidentally opened the door the wrong way. She asked me if I knew how to read and scolded me that I opened the door the wrong way. I proceeded to ask her who the manager is to report how she was talking to me. She replied I am the manager. Regardless of the situation the door does open both ways. She has no right to talk to customers like that and she should not be a manager at all. I will be filing a report with corporate and she needs to learn how to talk to people correctly."

"After the change in management and all employees at this location, the whole store has gone down hill. 2 weeks since the employees have changed and it has been 2 weeks since the soda machine has been broken, no sodas stocked in the fridge, no fresh cookies every day like the old crew used to do, and now they haven’t had lettuce for a few days…. This literally didn’t happen 1 time during the other employees. I’ve been working in the area and have been coming to this subway for the past 7 months and now I don’t want to go there. They have ruined the place in my opinion"
"The FRESHEST subs!!! My mom and I have been visiting Mountainview Hospital daily for almost 3 weeks due to a loved one being there. We stopped in this particular Subway and was blown away by the taste and quality of food! If you are in the Northwest Medical District of Las Vegas, you MUST stop by!"
