"These employees are excellent. It’s clear this is a busy location and that lunch rush happened and everyone is hard at work. There is a customer that is rudely jumping in to attempt to clean, cause a scene, etc. However, Alexis, the hard working employee cleaning the lobby does not let that impact her. I am very impressed by this location and Alexis especially being a speed machine with cleaning and professionalism in face of others behavior. Go Alexis and go team!"
"The staff assisting the customers are super slow. A young man working could barely walk because his pants were so low. The food area was very dirty. I ordered a barbacoa burrito, and it was extra salty. The chicken bowl hand no flavor. This location used to be amazing. It's sad to see its current condition. Management needs to do better."
"The worst Chipotle Iv ever been to. I do go here at times hoping it will be better also because there’s no others near by hoping it will be better but it’s terrible. I wish they would do something to make this a better location. The line is absolutely DISGUSTING most times. Go in at a normal hour 7-8pm on a weekday day and they will very likely be out of, meat, chips, quac you name it. Without exaggerating it’s almost literally impossible to order togo or pick up. They will either not start the order until you get there and or the order will be completely wrong.. also got food poisoning here once… I wonder why when you look at the photos…. Chipotle, PLEASE do something with this location!"
"A Chipotle burrito a day keeps the doctor away, right?! Regardless, this Chipotle location in Las Vegas is another excellent example of the chain. Service here was swift, and my order was perfectly made. I really enjoy their new Al Pastor meat option that's seasonal at this time."
"1st and last time eating at this restaurant! Food was delivered cold, smashed in bags. Tipped over, 3 tacos rolled up like a burrito in a piece of foil. Containers all but upside down. Hot queso put in a PLASTIC container. Chips tasted burnt. Tried calling the restaurant to discuss issue's, it rang 3 times and nothing. I am absolutely infuriated at the morals, or the lack of with this order! We spent over $200 and the whole staff had to throw their food away."
