"Ordered 2 fries and the portion was much smaller compared to normal. As i was eating the meal and picked from the center there wasnt any fries pretty much protien only . This is not normal for this place , especially when your paying almost 40 $ for two meals and they jep you out a decent meal . Wouldnt go back since there isnt consistency with your order and your paying a decent amout of cash ."

"Tortilla too dry I also called in a order and when I went to pick it up. Nothing was ready and had to tee order everything. And they still forgot my drink. UPDATED 3 YEARS LATER: FOOD definitely changed flavors. Better customer service. First time ordering their burrito."
"Ordered tonight, I can honestly say.. I wouldn't order again, these cheese enchiladas were COLD! The steak nachos the steak was hard and extremely chewy, as well as DRY.. I've had them before and they were actually pretty good. However tonight, I wouldn't give it to my Dog! I've never in my life had cold enchiladas nor have I had chewy, dry, streak nachos. This was a huge waste of money and I'm not sure how they even remain open! I ordered off of Grub Hub and I can honestly say I regret ordering from Rivas Mexican Grill. Cold food, streak nachos is the worst I've ever had in my life. I don't think anyone would enjoy cold food nor dry chewy steak nachos that were also cold! Disgusting and a waste of our money big time! EDIT: Tonight 12/3/22 I ordered 2 enchilada dinners. I use to order the dinner all the time. But the Enchilada sauce is disgusting. My Fiancee couldn't even eat it. It taste like tin from a can. The rice was just as bad. I will NEVER EVER order from them again! I wasted $32 and I'm angry, I waited all day to eat, so that I'd have an appetite for dinner. I would of been better off eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!!!"
"Food is amazing. It a bit more expensive than your average taco shop, but it is worth it. Their green salsa is delicious. Very clean and great customer service."
