"The hours posted are until 10:00PM. Upon arrival to pick up an pre-made online order, I found that the doors were closed and locked at 6:35PM. The drive-through line was about 10 cars deep. If this is the "normal" for in-store hours. I will no longer be coming to this location to avoid unessecery long waits for having to go through the drive-through lane during earlier evening time slots. Update: Store locked up at 6:35PM. Store hours posted say in-store dinning closes at 9:00PM."

"Avoid this location at all cost. Ordered wings and asked for the sauce on the side. The manager refused and stated sauce goes in the wings only. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Where’s the customer service?"
