"I had purchased a service contract from a major car company on a used car I bought. When the car needed major repairs that should have been covered under the service contract, they denied the claim 3 times each for a different reason. Even the service manager at the dealership couldn't understand why they wouldn't pay. They delayed and denied for 6 months while I was unable to use my car, each time finding another reason that wasn't valid to not pay. So I contacted Todd Gadtke, he was very knowledgeable, and professional. We filed suit against this company and within a few months had a settlement that covered the all repairs and legal fees. He was very familiar with the warranty companies policies of delay and deny in hopes that you will just go away and pay for it yourself.
