"I always find staff friendly, helpful, and informative. Recently, I was informed that a regular food purchase was subject to recall and, therefore, not available to buy. It didn't occur to me that previous purchases some weeks before might be suspect. I was told they would honor exchange even though product was no longer in original packaging. Upon the next visit, this was fulfilled. I also like the pricing and the free bag after sufficient purchases. Genuinely nice people."
