"This park is small but nicely kept. The Council Oak is a Champion Tree, a massive White Oak. There are park benches, picnic tables, and a swingset. We visited during the flooding in early June 2019. The water was very high, but the place was still lovely. Lots of ppl go here to fish from the banks."
