"Disappointing to see there cutting the corners on food quality. Restaurant has made small but noticeable changes. Fries have changed from beautiful wedges to generic frozen crinkle fries. This really affected the taste especially on the dirty fries. I still love the chicken sandwich’s. Please don’t change anything else"

"5 Stars for customer service and @CarolosCollier, the Corporate Trainer. He added the BIG to the Chicken and made the experience perfect! This was my first time at Big Chicken and a friend suggested we go because she had an amazing experience at the Paradise location in Las Vegas, NV. The restaurant is very clean and the people are extremely friendly. I understand they changed the names of most of their sandwiches, but @Shaq commercial announcement continued to call the sandwich by the "old" name. I believe they are working on the branding from the old to the new. It was a little confusing. The chicken sandwich and the fries were delicious, hot, fresh and tasty. @Carlos asking us about our experience was really the icing on the cake. He listened, took notes and ensured we left the restaurant 100% satisfied. This is what one would call good ole fashion customer service. Thank you @Carlos for your attention to detail and being example to the staff you are training."

"Food: 7 Service: 8 Atmosphere: 7 This is a fast food chicken sandwich shop that is affiliated with Shaq. To be honest, I am not a fast food person, so my review could be slightly biased, but for a fast food place, I didn't hate it. The fries are unique they are cut thin, but they are wide. They were good. They have a bunch of different sauces to dip in. The sandwich was good, for fast food."

"My girlfriend and I decided to give this place a try, and are extremely happy we did. The moment we walked in, the person behind the counter was very friendly, courteous, and helpful, and that energy was coming from all of the employees there. They were in the middle of filling a 100 dish catering order when we walked in, and the manager said "no worries though! We got you!" The cashier asked if it was our first time there, we said it was, and then he asked if we liked spicy, if we didn't, what we were feeling that day, and ran through the menu for us like we were the only ones there. We sat outside, expecting to go back in to grab our order when it was ready, but a crew member ran our food to us with a genuine smile. The food itself is amazing. We both got the "Big and Sloppy" and a "Dirty Fries". Both were next level. The chicken is very flavorful and super moist, the sauces are to die for. But their dirty fries are literally some of the best fast food we've ever tasted. And the icing on the cake was the entire crew working there. They ALL deserve raises. I'm not sure how they are able to hustle like they do AND make you feel like you're the only guests there, but they definitely succeeded in both."
