"Highly recommend if you are looking to kayak without requiring a shuttle. It’s an easy walk from the put in yo the takeout (5 minutes if so). I used a regular kayak and flipped once lol! So be careful, but highly recommend the views are amazing and there are some gentle whitewater sections but mostly flat"

"A very nice float on the Ouachita River. One of the very few places where you can do a float without a shuttle. The put in and take out are very close because it is a loop in the river. Float three miles in some Ckass II water and short hike back to your vehicle at the put in!"
"Great place to paddle. Class I and II rapids depending on flow. It was at about 3.25ft when we went, took about 4.5 hours but we took a lot of breaks an practiced descent on a small for about a hour because it was a easy reset"
