"First they didnt leave it at the door outside like i instructed cause i needed it today whatever i can go to ups and get it at 630 i get there 30 minutes after they open to give the driver time to get there then I get there and they say my pakeage had already been loaded into a freight and they can't get it to me till monday like what do you mean you just opened this place is literaly for peolle like me to pick up my pakage you didn't drop off in the first place"

"1:This is how this ups delivers me packages for years! I am so f.... Sick of this shipping company. Never have I despised a shipping company more than them! This is how my 1.8k$ countertop that I just bought looks like out of the box. I had to tape it so I don't cut myself taking it out 2: 7 months later a package from UK made it all the way to fargo and the incompetent driver delivered it to the wrong address and customer service give me the runaround for 8 days just to be told they couldn't recover my package(despite me telling/asking them 24 min after they did "the delivery" (to the wrong address) to have the driver retrieve it and not just pretend they will do that and waste my time and money. But they told me: "nooo, you will receive it and will only take 8 days" to deliver it from 2 or 3 street down but it took only 6 days to arrive from uk to fargo)"

"UPS is legitimately the worst delivery service in the nation. Just like others on here who've reviewed negatively that their drivers are some of the most incompetent and laziest individuals, I'm in agreement. I love waiting for a package to get delivered to only find out that the driver "attempted" to deliver the package yet they never actually came here. I've been here this whole time. And spare me the copy and paste apology. This company doesn't strive to get better at anything other than sucking."

"Completely unreachable, leaves my packages out in the open and they're stolen before I can get home from work. Try to set up pick up only on ups mychoice, website has been broken for years. You are robbing me blind. For all I know, your driver is the one stealing my mail. 0/10 never reccomending this service to anyone. Completely careless with my mail. If you're not responsible for what happens to my mail, you should never be touching it or moving it."

"You know how you at some point you tell your kid that they disappoint you? Yeah, that's UPS all the time. My package was apparently attempted for delivery today and marked as "Attempt failed." Which is crazy as I've been home waiting for it. No knock. No doorbell. The car is even in the driveway indicating someone must be here. You guys were better off on strike. A carrier pigeon would do better."
