Amazon Logistics Delivery Station - WND1

"Package held at facility for 4 days after delivery date. No way to contact for status through Amazon. Immediately after requesting refund package was miraculously found and shipped back to seller on the same day. I have since spoken to a driver for Amazon and was told if you are expecting a rural delivery from the Fargo facility it is very common for single packages to get "lost" or delayed if there are no other packages being delivered near you, to save expenses. So if you order something, it could be a week or more after they've received it before they send it to you if it's the only thing heading your way. On the return tracking it even says I refused delivery, not that they were late or had lost the package."

"Reaching anyone who cares enough to actually solve a problem os nearly impossible. If you have a package that they attempt to deliver while you're at work, it'll just keep happening because no one cares"

"Our packages are regularly delivered to the wrong house. We often get packages for our neighbors and ours end up somewhere down the street. Our house number are clearly marked in multiple places, yet the delivery person can't seem to figure out what goes where. It's beyond frustrating and has resulted in items not arriving when needed because of the extra time it takes to find my package. The "confirmation photo" I got most recently was of my neighbor's package on my porch, while my actual package was in their mailbox. There's no reason for any service to be this bad."

"The packages are not always handled according to the instructions or the delivery guy is trying to hide my package somewhere ( told me that after I saw him behind my house) even tho I have a large white box for packages with huge amazon sticker on it right at my entrance door!!!! I'm also getting my neighbors packages all the time and legally I can keep those but my conscious wants me to be responsible neighbor and look for those addresses!!!! Some workers are very unprofessional and have zero work ethics, unfortunately!"

"Do these people even look at the addresses they're delivering to to verify they're the same? There are delivery instructions for a reason. Even without them, you should maybe make sure you deliver to the right address. Almost every package I've ordered gets delivered to the wrong apartment building. We also constantly receive packages that aren't ours. They never use the buzzer. Never deliver to the right building. Never provide delivery photos. Amazon doesn't help at all no matter how many times I've "had my complaint forwarded to their logistics department". -500 stars."
