"I have had so many issues with my children being dropped off at the wrong stops. When I try to contact the company they do not answer. One of our neighbors’ 1st grader fell asleep on the bus and the driver didn’t check the seats before returning the bus for the night. The child wasn’t found until 8pm. (Their parent was in the ER which is why they didn’t meet their child at the stop)"
