"Ch Robinson has become a desperate company that tries to lowball truckers .. all bectbey has consistently failed for 3 straight quaters.... they have a merit system in which if you track your loads and show up on time you get to pick loads before other company's becoming a key carrier!! THE PROBLEM WITH THAT IS! They have issues with their carrier app and driver app not only that but you. An be on time and track ten loads.... have a flat tire or phone breaks where youcan't track, or there app just doesn'twork amdtbey throw.you in basic status with every other company getting loads before you!! We have 23 trucks and we would live ti buswoth them... but we can't because my guys will worl.hard fir them and if they have a break down or anything with the app happens they punish you !! Great company until they came up with that. Now they will lose trucking companies and fail again again until they do something g about it and try g to lowball every load because they are failing as a company!!! Hope they deal with these issues ! Until then we will not haul for them!!!"

"Pickup load on 3/12 in GA for 3/16 8am Pittsburgh,PA delivery. Broker never informed of new delivery date was changed to 3/18. Loss revenue 4k. Never again with Cheap and Heavy."

"CH Robinson keeps deleting my post on Social Media I was told to stop working with them, if I do not want to work with the assigned rep. I called carrier services numerous times .... but they are not helpful at all . Working with them for 10 years and been treated this way is unacceptable. Thank you CH Robinson . I can clearly see now, how your company value relationships . Your words means nothing. Keep allowing your employees to treat carriers this way . One day they will have to do the hard work (became drivers for your company) Please do not delete my post"
