"Terrible service and communication. I sat for 1:47 minutes for a 15 minute repair (excluding the time to get into the shop which I understand). Thank goodness I suggested a fix or it might have been a longer wait. After the 1:47, I went in and asked about the status. He said, oh I was just going to get you. You're all done. I'll open the door and you can roll. So, I go to my truck, waited a few minutes and nothing. I go back in to find out he forgot about me and opening the door as soon as I left his office 3 minutes earlier. RIDICULOUS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
