"My experience with Nevada Pet Door was excellent. Ordering was very smooth and the door was shipped directly to me. As soon as I received the door I contacted the installer and he fit me in his schedule within two days. Ed was my installer. He did a wonderful job on installing my new pet door in the wall in my home. He was extremely meticulous to make sure the door was installed properly. I love my new pet door. So does my dog Calli. It looks great on my wall both inside and out. The quality of the door is excellent. The entire process was easy and efficient. My installer Ed provided excellent customer service. He was prompt on arrival and cleaned up all of the construction mess when he was finished. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to. I am giving the entire experience and the quality of my new dog door 5 stars. I will highly recommend this company."

"We had an excellent experience with Ed doing our installation. We originally ordered two medium size doors for our two dogs and once Ed came to our house, we talked through why it would be best to size up to larger doors and went over the benefits of having the doors in different areas of our home. Ed was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the pros and cons of having the doors in different areas of the house. Once we received the larger size doors, Ed did a professional job installing them. Ed was communicative about his schedule and upfront about the timeline for installation. One thing that would have been beneficial for us is having a consultation at our home first (which would have allowed us to order the larger size dog doors at the beginning), as Ed had to return to our home once we received the larger doors. Overall we had a great experience and now our pups have the ability to go in and out as they please! We would highly recommend their expertise and professionalism!"
