"My order was incorrect, but delivery was fast and the driver was great. The manager is excellent. Both times I’ve needed to call, he’s been super accommodating and friendly and made me feel valid and given helpful tips for my next order. He is the reason I came back this time and will order again."
"Always strive to get your order right. Sometimes they make an oops, but always willing to make it right. Staff is always friendly and deserving of a good tip. Pizzas usually prepared quickly, but be mindful of peak times and this it does take a little longer. They are only human. If you want order for 5:30 on a Friday or Saturday, pre order around noon with your pick up time and no worries!"
"Chris is one of the best managers! He’s really good at remembering faces and their orders. The staff there is also really nice and give the best customer service :)"
"I called and ended up being on hold for about 15 minutes, which was no big deal for me, I understand they are a very busy place. After being on hold I ended up speaking to the GM chris, who went out of his way to give me an exceptional discount for waiting on hold. This wasn't something I asked for but he offered right away. Very nice and courteous of him. Pizza was hot and ready on time!"
"Terrible. „Manager“ is a jerk. Domino’s guarantee make it right or receive a refund doesn’t apply to this jerk. I was willing to bring back the untouched, messed up order. No, he laughed and hung up on me. Super rude guy. Edited to add: turns out it was not the manager. It was Chance. Chance, with the anger issues."
