"I have been successful in the tile business for almost 30 years. This place does not value the time of the Contractor. Several trips to pick-up a product that they said they had and then didn’t when we showed up to pick it up. Then when we called back several days later they said they had and to come right over. Then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring it out. Meanwhile the crew was delayed days and cost us unrecoverable dollars in crew time for Superior’s poor management of our products. “Superior” is an overstatement. They simply re-sell other peoples’ products. These same products can be found at many other outlets, often at better prices definitely more dependable procurement schedules. Go any where else."
