"I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza. I am very disappointed in what they gave us. In these pictures, I will show you what we got versus what the ACTUAL DOMINO WEBSITE says when using extra pepperoni, which are the toppings I got. I got about 1-3 pieces of pepperoni per slice, and as you can see, the normal amount is supposed to be 5-6. I waisted my money on this, never coming back again."
"ordered a medium pizza, 2 garlic sauces, and a diet coke for delivery. a simple order. the order came without garlic sauce, and the beverage is wrong. the pizza crust is also wrong. when confronted the delivery guy just shrugged and said “im busy” and took off. Called them, was on hold for 20 mins, then the woman on the phone refused to help in anyway, including giving a refund. please avoid this business."
"Food was fine. Ordered for the first time, 20-30 minutes turned into an hour and a half. When i went in the employee said he was on his break and was not going to start on my order until he was back. This was AFTER i showed up when the app said my order would be ready by this time. Which is crazy to tell e customer who already paid. TO THE OWNER, that is the most unprofessional thing I’ve experienced in a food establishment, hired quality people. He really didn’t care and was committed to take his entire break. I gave this place a second chance, ordered again but for delivery this time. The wait time went from 40-50 minutes. To almost 3 HOURS!! Called and spoke to John , complaining about the wait time and made it clear we still wanted the order we have been waiting for. He got off the phone and decided to cancel the order. The worst dominoes I’ve ever been to , the food is fine. The service is TRASH!! Do not recommend, i recommend buying hot pockets instead of going to this dominoes"
"Two words: cross contamination. A group of friends and I spent about $100 at this dominoes so if you want a well rounded review of most of their menu, I got you. First I would like to give the workers their props, they were nice to us and immediately got to work on our extensive order. But for the food I cannot say the same. If you’re use to actual GOOD dominoes pizza just go ahead and lower expectations. We found a piece of bacon in vegetarian pasta, Italian sausage in a pepperoni pizza, no sauce came with our cinnamon knots even tho we paid for it, Half burnt garlic knots, incredibly dry pasta I had to add my own sauce at home, and the Lava cake was a little over cooked."
